1.Which regions support delivery?

Our warehouse is at 810 Old Coach Rd, Westerville, Ohio, so we currently only support orders in the continental US.

2.How long is the delivery date?

Our delivery date is 3-10 business days, of which orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipping time is 2-7 business days.

3.What are the freight methods and charges?

For all US orders, we use FedEx to ship for free, no courier fees, and shipping time is 2-7 business days.

4.How to deal with the long transportation time of the goods?

If the user does not receive the goods within the standard delivery time, you can contact us through [email protected], and we will try our best to help you contact the logistics company.

5.How to cancel the order?

After the order payment is successful, the user can check the order status in the account order details

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Please check that the package is in good condition before signing for it.
